A body is white and soft, there are no bad smell, and these oysters of “first vintage” taste sweet slightly. Moreover even if it’s heated, these oysters do not shrink.

Such landing volume of oysters of Okayama Prefecture is the 2nd place of whole country. And a production district of the oysters which represent Okayama Prefecture is Bizen-shi Hinase.
